Outdoor high-voltage AC single pole isolation switches (hereinafter referred to as "isolation switch") are outdoor high-voltage power distribution equipment with a rated voltage of 24kV and three-phase AC 50Hz, which are applicable to 20kV high-voltage transmission lines to cut off and close single-phase or three-phase circuits without load and voltage.The rated current of the isolation switch is 200A, 400A, 600A, and 1000A.
General:
The isolation switch is composed of a low-voltage, porcelain post insulator, a conductive part, and a mechanical part. The knife switch structure is adopted for opening and closing to cut off and close the electrical circuit. Each phase of the knife switch is composed of two conductive blades. Compression springs are installed on both sides of the blade. The contact pressure required for the knife switch can be obtained by adjusting the height of the spring. When the isolation switch is opened and closed, the insulating hook bar operating mechanism can be opened and closed. The disconnector has no self-locking device.

Atmospheric relative humidity: Dailly average does not exceed 95%, Monthly average does not exceed 90%
The installation site of an ordinary type isolator should be kept away from gas, smoke chemical deposition,salt-spray fog, dust, and other explosive and corrosive matters that affect seriously the insulation and conduction capability of the isolator.
Pollution-proof type isolator is applied to severe filthy conduction areas; however, it shouldn't be any explosive matters and matters causing a fire.
Key Feature
The contacts adopt L-shaped contacts, with a guide set at the top to ensure that the moving contacts are closed at the correct position
Set up a locking device to ensure strong closing stability; the locking device is made of S304 stainless steel, which can effectively solve corrosion; it can be unlocked at any installation angle during operation, and the horizontal transverse locking device is the first application in the industry.
The main conductor is made of T2Y copper profile, which has strong flow capacity; the moving contact (contact plate) is made of flanged profile, which has high strength; the static contact is made of R-shaped structural profile, which is flexible in opening and closing and has reliable line.
The contact surface adopts advanced silver plating technology and has a type test report issued by a third party. Non-conductive surface tinned.
